Pour la célébration scénique du 20e anniversaire de la chanteuse allemande Nena, un concert spécial a eu lieu en octobre 2002. Nena a chanté avec plusieurs invités et notamment avec Kim sur son tube « Irgendwie, Irgendwo, Irgendwann » dans une version live spéciale allemand-anglais.
Nena & Kim réenregistre la chanson et elle apparaît sur l’album best-of de Nena « Nena feat. Nena » sorti le 28 octobre 2002. Ensuite le single est sorti le 19 mai 2003 dans de nombreux pays européens. Il est devenu un énorme succès dans de nombreux pays. En Autriche et aux Pays-Bas, il a été classé n°1 et n° 3 en Allemagne.
L’original est sorti le 5 octobre 1984 et a permis à Nena de prendre la 3ème place en Allemagne. L’album « Feuer und Flamme » est plus tard chanté entièrement en anglais « It’s All In The Game ».
« Anyplace, Anywhere, Anytime » ne sortira qu’en CD : le maxi-CD avec quatre titres, un CD deux titres avec pochette. Il existe deux versions de la version chantée avec Kim. La version incluse sur l’album et une version remixée pour la sortie du single.
